How to create your own game
Step 1
If you intend to create a game with 120k or more tickets, you will need to register and login at the top right of the page first. If you intend to create a smaller game, you will not need to login.
Step 2
(Optional) We recommend that you create a name for your game to make it easier to find and make it easier for you to advertise to your buyers.
Step 3
Use the main box to describe your game. If you are raising money for a charity you can tell us about it here. You can add pictures and links for those charities or even your own social media if you wish.
Step 4
Use the drop-down menu to select the prize amount. Users who have not logged in will only see the smaller game options in the menu (fig.a). Logged in users will have access to the larger games as shown below (fig.b). Please note, the larger the prize amount, the more tickets are issued as the price per ticket stays the same.
Step 5
Confirm you are of legal age and you understand the terms and conditions before you continue. (These check boxes are required.)
Step 6
If you would like to receive a commission, simply check the first box below. If you’d like half the prize to go to a fund or charity, check the second box. If you do not wish to receive a commission, click the blue ‘X’.
Step 7
Enter your receive address for your Bitcoin wallet so we may send you your commission once the draw takes place.
Step 8
(Optional) Enter your email address if you would like us to contact you regarding the completion of the raffle. We will then instruct you on the winning ticket but withhold sending the funds until you instruct us on a time and date in which to pay out. Alternately you can refer to the website to see how the raffle has progressed if you prefer not to leave an email address.
Step 9
Make sure you are happy with your selections and then click 'Go'. You will be directed to a confirmation page with details of your game, as well as a game URL you can send to your buyers to help them find your game. Even without your link, your buyers will still be able to find your game using the search option at the top of the BitCompetition website.
If you are creating one of the larger games, it will be reviewed by a site administrator before going live.
Step 10
Start selling those tickets!
